We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the Service: your email address, hashed password, and usage metadata (upload timestamps, analysis counts). We also collect anonymous analytics (page views, feature usage) via our own first-party analytics.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to operate and improve Synalyze. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. File Processing

CSV files you upload are processed in memory for analysis. Generated reports are stored in your account. Raw file data is not retained after processing. We never train AI models on your data.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session token) and CSRF protection. We use a first-party analytics pixel for usage tracking. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

5. Data Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sessions expire after 8 hours. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We follow security best practices including CSRF tokens and parameterized database queries.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing (governed by Stripe's privacy policy) and a proprietary AI analysis engine. Your data is processed exclusively for analysis purposes and is never used to train external models.

7. Your Rights

You can export your reports, delete your analyses, or request full account deletion at any time. Contact us at support@polsia.app.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
