1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Synalyze ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Synalyze is an AI-powered data analysis platform. You upload CSV files, and the Service generates statistical analyses, anomaly detection, trend identification, and AI-generated insights.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and password to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Free Trial & Billing

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with up to 20 analyses. After the trial, a paid subscription ($39/month) is required for continued access. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal.

5. Data & Privacy

Your uploaded files are processed for analysis and are not stored beyond report generation. We do not sell, share, or train AI models on your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to process illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or abuse the API. Accounts violating these terms may be suspended without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding accuracy of AI-generated insights. Synalyze is not liable for business decisions made based on analysis results.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
